If love and wisdom are the major goals in life, what priorities and milestones are needed to discern how to survive the coronavirus pandemic.

I read a Citizen Tom Blog post titled: Defining milestones for economic recovery, about Government milestones needed in his opinion.

The Purpose of This Post

Is to relate ancient wisdom about wisdom and love priorities for government and everyone to consider during the coronavirus pandemic.

King Solomon

There is hope only for the living. As they say, “It’s better to be a live dog than a dead lion!” (Ecclesiastes 9:4)

Wealth is worthless in the day of wrath, but righteousness delivers from death. (NIV)

Pr.11:16

What’s My Point?

The main priorities to gather in a righteous lifetime are to gather wisdom and love. Wisdom can lead to hope in life on earth to become more comfortable. Gathering love is the most joyful and meaningful pleasure or treasure to obtain.

Once we are dead, there is no longer any hope or need for earthly treasures we gather in good economic times.

My point is our first priority now is to obtain wisdom how to stay alive. Because the longer we are alive, perhaps if we are living righteously, we are scattering wisdom and love to create joy and happiness in our lives in hopes of gathering points to favor our eternal life when we die.

In My Opinion

I commented my opinion in response to Citizen Tom’s blog post.

Tom,

Until a cure or vaccine becomes available, coronavirus is a legitimate fear people need to take seriously.

I believe we seem to know how it is transmitted by infectious vapors and droplets. What is needed are quick means to either determine who is infected and to provide effective ways to protect people mainly inside areas where the infectious vapors can linger in airflows.

Government needs to prioritize ways and means to figure out the quickest means to provide protective apparel to prevent the spread, and means to test people from entry into any enclosed areas. And to make certain workers in enclosed areas are not infected until hopefully an effective medicine to cure or a vaccine becomes available.

Anyone who has five strikes already like me should not venture into any congested outside area or enclosed areas.

Until protective means are available, or the virus life is shortened, without a cure or vaccine, the economy we once had of travel and eating out or working side by side is never going to rebound, in my opinion.

And as King Solomon prioritized about never ending challenges and fleeting treasures we accumulate over time in life.

There is hope only for the living. As they say, “It’s better to be a live dog than a dead lion!” (Ecclesiastes 9:4)

Wealth is worthless in the day of wrath, but righteousness delivers from death. (NIV)

Pr.11:16

Hope and pray in the meantime for both government and everyone to wise up and help each other best they can, including staying away from both our loved ones and each other’s vapors and droplets.
