Are Blacks shooting arrows at themselves or should they change direction of their righteous rage, curses, and anger?

The Chicago Tribune article titled: Roseland residents march for change in their neighborhood, reports the plight of residents living in areas now devoid of businesses because of the riot damage that occurred.

The Purpose of This Post

Is to relate proverb sayings and reasons for righteous black right to be angry

King Solomon – Chaucer

As the sparrow in her wandering, as the swallow in her flying, so the curse that is causeless alighted not. (Proverb 26:2)

The curses that is uttered without just cause is forceless and spoken only to be forgotten, like a bird that alights for a moment and then takes flight. Curses are like chickens, the come home to roost.

For curses are like arrows shot upright, which falling down light on the shooters head (Chaucer)

What’s My Point?

A 2014 psychology article states:

“Black people have a right to be angry and frustrated. Although white people think racism is a thing of the past, ethnic minorities (African, Latin, and Native Americans) disproportionately live in poverty. On average, they earn 20-35% less income than whites, receive an inferior education, are more likely to occupy dangerous jobs, and live in polluted, run-down neighborhoods. They have worse health outcomes, higher incidence of disease, and they die younger. Ethnic minorities know they live in a racist system but lack the power to change it on their own. “

The 2020 issue in today’s news adds police brutality to the list of curses being uttered in the news.

The sad outcome of the curses and arrow direction of black rage and anger in their neighborhoods is blacks now have to drive 20 minutes to obtain bread or milk or other store convinces.

In other words, the direction of their curses and arrows was up and now the result is the arrows have fallen down on themselves instead of, in my opinion, who they need to direct their curses.

For example, in a previous post titled Democrat’s love regarding education, blacks want school choice of charter schools or school vouch hers, yet the Democrat Party opposes their wants and needs..

Blacks need livable wage jobs, yet the politicians allowed the manufacturing jobs that attracted blacks to move from the southern poverty to live and work in the north were allowed to be outsourced to other countries.

The USA health insurance is funded mainly by employers’ insurances, without a livable wage job, the result is blacks cannot afford to obtain health insurance even with Obamacare.

Democrats want open borders and refuse to build border walls or enforce illegal immigration. The result is blacks are affected most by  the consequences of illegal immigration to obtain livable wage jobs.

Etc. Etc.

My point is while the blacks have righteous cause to curse, rage, and be angry, they need to discern which politicians or political parties, gangs, bad police supervision who  are most responsible to direct their curses and anger.

In My Opinion

Both political parties are prime targets for the black arrows and curses.

Wise discernment of which political party or leaders’ political platforms will result in livable wage jobs, better education, and health is where they should direct their arrows and curses to alight on their needs.

And not to alight for only a short time as a bird alights with promises of change by politicians and activist, rather a plan and proposal how they will accomplish their promises of change.
