Especially for Black families in Illinois in my opinion because of their governor’s wisdom.
The Republican Governor of Florida signed a bill to promote school choice, or school vouchers.
The Purpose of This Post
Is to wonder why our Democrat Illinois Governor and local Black and White politicians do not want to emulate his wisdom?
Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old, they will not turn from it. (Proverb 22:6)
What’s My Point?
This past weekend yielded 106 shootings in mainly Black areas of Chicago including the shooting death of a 3-year-old.
A previous post contained the following comment.
“Black parents love charter schools and voucher-supported private school vouchers because they teach values, self-respect, and hope. But no, if this option for poor or lower-income parents has more Democrat opposition than ever.”
My point is to wonder why, especially in the current climate of outcries of “Black Lives Matter: there are various outcries to I can’t breathe, but not one mention of Black outcries for school choice that I have heard.
In My Opinion
If I were a Black parent, I would start packing and move to a State where politicians listen and discern better the concerns of parents than Illinois politicians.

Why or Why not have school choice if that is what parents want for their children but cannot afford because politicians either can’t hear or are making choices to obtain votes from school unions.
Should school teachers really be afraid of school choice when teachers will be needed in both private and public schools?
Is the statement true that Black family’s want charter or private schools, and if true, why aren’t Democrat politicians who represent them supporting their “wants” in Illinois but are in Republican Florida?
