Interested in a blogger who links her menus with interesting background stories?
I am not very interested in cooking blogs. However, there is one blog I enjoy reading because the blogger links interesting stories with her menus
King Solomon
He spoke three thousand proverbs and his songs numbered a thousand and five. (33) He spoke about plant life, from the cedar of Lebanon to the hyssop that grows out of walls. He also spoke about animals and birds, reptiles and fish. From all nations people came to listen to Solomon’s wisdom, sent by all the kings of the world, who had heard his wisdom. (1 Kings 4:29-34)
What’s my Point?
My point is the writer has found a niche in her blog because she has learned the wisdom of life in a similar manner as King Solomon managed to expand his reputation to attract people to listen to his wisdom.
Definition of Niche for Purposes of This Blog – Merriam Webster
technical: an environment that has all the things that a particular plant or animal needs in order to live
In My Opinion
The Bible contains a statement which this blog brought to mind about the different menus in life we cook up for ourselves to make life more interesting and pleasurable.
Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.'” (Matthew 4:4)”
Also Deuteronomy 8:3

You Decide
What is our “niche” in life and how will Wisdom and Love make life more pleasurable even if we are both allergic to mushrooms like me or not really interested in cooking?
Whether we are a blogger or not, will we serve to find a better more pleasing niche in our life’s Cinderella story menu when it comes time to meet us tell the stories of our life to our Maker?
Regards and goodwill blogging.
