What are the main reasons nothing lasts forever including Nations such as the USA?
The Chicago Tribune columnist article titled: Can the USA survive the 2020 election? Included this statement.
“No Nation lasts forever, and ours (USA) won’t be the first.”
The Purpose of This Post
Is to relate ancient proverbs of the how and why this statement may come about because of what was lacking. Mainly because of this same columnist persistent support for globalism and lack of understanding of manufacturing.
I wrote a post on April 20, 2020 which contained the reasoning of this following statement:
“For want of a N95 mask, the economy was lost?”
I wrote another post on August 20, 2020 titled? Machinery Lack Folly to explain the folly of allowing USA machinery to be located 8000 miles away in relation to relying on globalism rather than ancient advice.
Another Chicago Tribune article titled: Scarcity of raw material still squeezes N95 mask makers, explained that private industry is afraid of investing money in the needed machinery because once a vaccine is available, the investment will result in a loss because of lower demand and need for N95 masks.
What’s My Point?
My point is not to blame anyone personally for not understanding manufacturing or to have been taught to believe in globalism.
The blame is lack of understanding and knowledge of something else.
The Industrial revolution brought not only wealth comfort and availability of products to add comfort and pleasure in goods and service in the world. I also brought about power to win Warsi.
In the USA Civil War, the availability and knowledge in the North to manufacture and supply armaments in greater supply than the South was because of availability of machinery was a major factor in winning the conflict.
In Both World Wars the same scenario repeated in the USA machinery being available to supply armaments to its Allies.
My point is that over time the USA slowly changed course to teach and train manufacturing to its citizens. Instead the principals of globalism were taught along with the myth that a service economy was a better course for the USA.
That included over time to teach the ancient wisdom principals of both practical and Spiritual wisdom to pay heed that the above proverbial advice of wisdom and love.
When the USA changed course to watch over its herds, which was practical proverbial advice, it gave up the equivalent of herds or machinery which the pandemic and N95 masks and PPE shortages have sadly become a reality. This sadly is a confirmation of the folly of lack of wisdom by both leaders and failed practicality of economics teachings of globalism.
In My Opinion
Add the failure of teaching wisdom and love in the Bible into the above and sadly, the writer’s statement, “No Nation lasts forever… “may apply to the USA speeded up by the results of the 2020 election.
Read the Source Links below.
Should the USA pay for the machinery to produce the N95 masks as I explained was a major factor in winning WWII as I explained in the previous post? Compare the cost of the machinery to the added trillions of dollars incurred as a result of not understanding the folly that has taken place.
Would restoring School choice or school vouchers help in the future to retore the wisdom and love Bible teachings our founders believed in when they founded our Nation?
Who will you vote for in 2020? The party that believes in globalism and that returning manufacturing to the USA is a Myth or someone who believes otherwise? Will your choice also be the party who does not support school vouchers, or the belief in parent choice rather than government to teach their values to their children?
Regards and goodwill blogging.
