Which human sickness to experience in life is the gravest?
The news is filled with sadness with the COVID pandemic being experienced with President Trump as well as every other grave sickness in our times and lives.
The Purpose of This Post
Is to relate an ancient proverb or wisdom of what King Solomon considered the gravest sickness any human may bear.
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: Ecclesiastes Chapter 3:1)
The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear? (Proverb 18:14)
What’s My Point?
We all have, or will experience or observe various sickness in our time in life.
There are and have been plenty of ailments or diseases humans experienced in recorded history?
King Solomon observed this conundrum in life and wrote the above wisdom verse 3000 years ago.
In My Opinion
In my 80 years of life and experiences of having met and observed thousands of people in my personal or professional time, I agree with King Solomon.
Also, in my opinion, this sickness can be applied to both humans as well as Nations.
