Is the Supreme Court trying to slam Gay Marriage or correct a Constitutional Religious t liberty Right they violated when they passed legalized Gay Marriage?
The Chicago Tribune article titled: Two Justices slam gay right decision, reported the following statement:
“And he said that the decision “enables courts and governments to brand religious advocates who believe marriage is between one man and woman as bigots.”
The Purpose of This Post
Is to relate ancient wisdom verses to question how a law can be passed to overrule a Constitution Religious Right to favor another group.
To have respect of persons is not good: for adjutants a piece of bread that man will transgress. (Proverb 28:21)
In courts of judicature, to give a cause or pass sentence in favor of a person, because he is rich, or is a relation, a friend, an acquaintance, or has done a kindness; and against another, because of the reverse,
What’s My Point?
SCOTUS turned down the appeal and will not review their decision. However, two justices gave their opinion why they opposed the amendment.
“…the case will continue to have ruinous consequences for religious liberty.”
In My Opinion
Any law that violates religious liberty Rights is wrong according to the Constitution.
The “piece of bread” referred to in the proverb that brought about this controversial SCOTUS decision to transgress the Constitution was politics.
And the news opinions taking place now just before the election is stir up the issue again for political reasons, in my opinion.
Frankly, in my opinion, if it is legal for two gay people to choose, being of legal age, to want to live together in a marriage contract that some religious belief chooses do not agree with,
then parents should be able to choose the schools of their choice they want their children to attend to teach them their religious values instead of being indoctrinated with values parents do not want taught to their children.
The Constitution never stated that government has any Rights to make it unaffordable for parents to choose and have to pay two tuitions with their taxes for all of their lives in property taxes even if they rent.
As for politics, only the Republicans in the upcoming election support school choice.

Was the SCOTUS ruling “not good” because it violated Religious Rights in the Constitution for political reasons?
Should SCOTUS instead discern who are the real bigots who slammed one group and made a ruinous decision that violate the liberties in the Constitution?
How is it possible to respect a court that rules in favor of any group to overrule religious liberty?
