Interested in how the greatest motivation in the history of the world, managed a way to sing the song verse, and overcome the obstacles of the paths of a “Nanny Government Folly?”

The Chicago Tribune contained three articles which in my opinion are all related to the greatest folly ever made in USA history.

No Singing, No Problem -Reports St Damien school students taught to sing the word love in silent sign language to prevent spreading pandemic virus by singing among themselves.

Beating the Odds – Reports St. Malachy Black students located in poverty area of Chicago are being taught either in school or by parent choice at home. And their school tuitions are being supplemented by the generosity of charitable contributions from Holy Cross Parish in Winnetka.

Despite Promises, Anti-Crime Funds Lag – Reports the continuing needs for Anti- Crime Funds in Chicago to protect its citizens from violence and crime.

The Purpose of This Post

Is to relate ancient proverb to the definition of freedom and how following the path of a Nanny Government is folly, in my opinion.

King Solomon

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; (Proverb 3:5)

Definition of freedom

1: the quality or state of being free: such as a: the absence of necessity, coercion, or constraint in choice or action b: liberation from slavery or restraint or from the power of another: independence

What’s My Point?

If we relate the above three articles as examples of how and why there is so much crime in the USA and the need for police funding, the reason becomes apparent that the greatest folly course made in the USA relates to believing to trust the wisdom of humans over the wisdom of God.

For example,

If we consider the course of the pandemic choices made in the past nine months to how the public vs. the private religious schools adapted to the challenge to trust in God and make wise choices to reopen to allow freedom of choice to be made by parents rather than Nanny Government shutdowns.

In other words, using the above definition of freedom, what has occurred over time in the USA, is by preventing parents’ choice in schools for economic reasons, all of the reasons explained in a previous post of the physics of a rolling ball has occurred in the cities.

In My Opinion

We need to return to allow parents to economically be able to choose to have their religious values taught rather than the choices being mandated by secular “Nanny Government”

In other words, over time, religion, the greatest motivator of human behavior, has waned in the USA and the result is a greater need for police services to protect vulnerable citizens from the at one time children, have grown up without ever being introduced to religious values of wisdom and love.

As for freedom, can anyone explain why a person must pay two taxes to fund both religious if they can afford the tuition, and public schools all their lives.

Can anyone who studied the wisdom of the history of the world not understand religion has been the greatest motivator of human behaviors since the beginning to time. Frankly though, because of the belief in wisdom of man instead of God, sadly even religious teachings at times followed the wrong paths of God’s precepts of wisdom and love.

Especially when the founders of the Constitution based their concepts of a freedom in a Republic to prevent a “Nanny Government” from “the absence of necessity, coercion, or constraint in choice or action b: liberation from slavery or restraint or from the power of another: independence “

You Decide

If after reading the article: No Singing No Problem, should we follow their example and use the silent means of voting for only candidates who support school choice.
