Did Black looters read my blog post? Did Blacks vote for the right Political Party in the 2020 candidate to address the other items in my blog post, I wonder…?
On June 11, 2020, I wrote a blog post titled: Black Arrow Curses? to pose this following question:
“Are Blacks shooting arrows at themselves or should they change direction of their righteous rage, curses, and anger in Roseland?
Roseland residents march for change in their neighborhood where angry invaders in their neighborhoods looted and vandalized local stores. The result is residents have to now ride or drive to other neighborhood to buy needed staples and services.”
On August 10, 2020 an organized raid by mainly Blacks to pillage in the Chicago Loop and Mag Mile shopping areas. It seemed as if Blacks took my advice and looted arears, they did not live in.
I rather doubt my post inspired the looters because there were a lot news articles that criticized by other angry Blacks for pillaging merchants in their own neighborhoods.
The Purpose of This Post
Is to relate an ancient wisdom proverb and to wonder if Blacks, who voted 90 percent for the Democrat Party candidates hopes will be fulfilled? Or will they become angry if the other issues they are hoping and demanding, which ironically seem to have been supported by the Republican Party Platforms, will be accomplished by the Democrat candidates they voted for in the 2020 Election?
Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life. (Proverb 13:12)
What’s My Point?
The other issues in my June post addressed the issues of Schools, Livable Wage Jobs, Health Insurance and perhaps Illegal Immigration which has a direct effect on job opportunities for Blacks.
My point is the Republican Platforms resulted in the lowest Job unemployment and higher wage growth for Blacks in history.
Health Insurance in the USA is mainly provided by employers. Prior to the pandemic having a job may have helped improve health benefits for working Blacks. Obamacare requires payments which if a person is not working and without a source of income or savings is of little value.
School Choice is mainly supported by Republican Platforms while Democrats do not according to the following statement.
“Black parents love charter schools and voucher-supported private school vouchers because they teach values, self-respect, and hope. But no, if this option for poor or lower-~income parents has more Democrat opposition than ever.”
Same with the implications of how illegal immigration affects Black job opportunities.
In My Opinion
The proverb addresses the issue of deferred hope and tree of life.
I sincerely hope the Black’s choices of the Democrat candidates they voted for will result to satisfy their hopes, hearts, dreams, and trees of life.
I wonder though, how the Democrat Party support for abortion will improve the Black’s tree of life’s issues?

Does it make sense to wonder if the Blacks voted, or shot Black Arrow Curses in the right political party direction based on the above issues?
Will the Democrats bring about their promised results or turn out to be “empty suit politicians?”
