Which link is the Texas Suit joined by 18 other States related to the 2020 election lawsuit challenge?
A Citizen Tom post titled: In Search of an Honest Court, contained this statement excerpts:
“Has the state of Texas put together a good case for setting aside the election results ,,,,,,,,,, Since the so-called mainstream media has offered a torrent of ridicule,
The Purpose of This Post?
Is to relate ancient proverbs to this issue of justice integrity which in my opinion best explains the need for the 2020 election to be invalidated in the disputed States.
King Solomon
And if one prevails against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken. (Ecclesiastes 4:12)
The Proverb
‘A chain is only as strong as its weakest link’ has a literal meaning, although the ‘weakest link’ referred to is figurative and usually applies to a person or technical feature rather than the link of an actual chain.
“In every chain of reasoning, the evidence of the last conclusion can be no greater than that of the weakest link of the chain, whatever may be the strength of the rest.”
What’s My Point?
The integrity of the election is based on belief in a free fair election in a union of fifty States. The electoral system can be affected by States which make their own election rules which are only as strong as the weakest link, same as a chain.
My point is the analogy of the weakest link is the core reasoning of the Texas and 18 other suits.
In My Opinion
In a previous post I made this statement.
In my opinion, what needs to be done is simple and conforms to an ageless idiom recognized since the beginning of time that was taught to me in grammar school.
“If at first you don’t succeed, try, try, try again.”
Congress has no greater task than to sit down and establish minimum requirements to assure rules and timelines that must be adhered to in every State in the Nation to safeguard the main premise of freedom in the USA which is the integrity of the vote.
In other words, any State election that did not meet the minimum requirements of legal ballots to assure a timely and accurate election must “try again.”

You Decide
Should the main stream media continue to ignore and ridicule this issue with the phrase “baseless claims” same as was experienced in ancient times by the story of Diogenes?

Interesting suggestion. Would that require amending the US Constitution. and the 12th Amendment?

Or would it be the Elections Clause Art. 1, § 4, cl. 1?

Michael,
I will read the articles. Wish I was a constitutional lawyer which may or may not be an asset on these issues.
Should just require a nose for plain common sense and a conscious to readily understand that something stinks to high heaven about the 2020 election.

Creating uncertainty was the objective, in my opinion, with the cooperation of the corrupt media. The way I understand it the best that can happen is that the states whose tabulations of ballots are found to violate statutes, those results will be nullified, and each state’s legislature will place electors. which may not change the reported outcome

Good post!
Article IV, Section 4 requires the Federal Government to guarantee every state a republican form of government. Any state that doesn’t follow minimal rules to maintain the integrity of its election system is risking tyranny. Therefore, given recent events, Congress could pass a bill that requires all states to meet or surpass minimal standards for election integrity.
BTW, thanks for the link.

Tom,
Minimum standards is the key, I agree… However, States should have minimum vote equipment such as machines to check signatures and if they don’t, then they are not qualified to used mail in ballots.
Private industry has Engineering standards for example, with well written standards for goods and products to be inspected for accuracy, consistency, quantified and qualified to be approved sources.
We run our government voting systems like a bunch of unprofessional or unqualified sources, in my opinion..
