Interested in discerning if what you believe or trust either Scientific or Spiritual is convoluted or in need of a wise explanation?
I read a Citizen Tom Blog titled: When thing’s get a bit convoluted, which contained a video of a Doctor who was never taught to believe in his youth in God.
The Purpose of This Post
Is to relate an ancient proverb of King Solomon who spent a lifetime observing human behaviors and arrived at the same point of the speaker and billions of others.
King Solomon – 3000 years Ago-
4Then you will find favor and high regard in the sight of God and man. 5Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding;6in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.(Proverb 3:4-5)
Jesus Christ – 2000 years Ago
44 No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up on the last day. 45 It is written in the Prophets: ‘And they shall all be taught of God.’ Everyone who has heard and learned from the Father, comes to Me (John 6:44-45)
What’s My Point?
Billions of people, including myself. somehow have managed to “arrive” or discern the same or similar experience in our lifetimes that the speaker explained in the video.
In My Opinion
If you believe the links between science and religion are convoluted, I highly recommend we spend a few moments to read and listen to the video.
Do so may just be the wisest time you may spend in your lifetime, in my opinion.
If Interested
Read and view the Citizen Tom Link and another post to explain the meaning of the proverb.
You Decide
If after reading and viewing, did the post and video convoluted or a helpful explanation bout having belief and trust in God a wise or foolish path direction in our lifetime?
Would acquiring faith and trust in God help us to both Scientifically and Spiritually lead us on our path and journeys even when life seems to be convoluted or good, bad, sad or happy times we will experience in our lifetimes?

I too saw the vid- a good combination of science and faith- both are not enemies.
There is a chamber deep within man’s heart where resides the seat of honesty. So few visit that room because it may not have a comfortable chair……………unless of course, it is tried.

Colotstorm,
You commeented in a chamber withing a heart.
In ancient times the chamber was believed to be in the belly.

Heart or belly makes no difference though.
What matter is as you stated, truth and honesty is what is most important virtue and character most needed in our souls.

Science is simply man’s way of figuring out how God does things. When we loose sight of that simple fact our ideas about both can become convoluted.
Thank you for the post.
Many blessings to you.
