Why is it a conundrum that the motives for the majority of shootings taking place in Chicago are neither known nor the truth, in my opinion?
The Chicago Tribune article titled: Cook County recorded more shootings in 2020 than any other year, reported this statement:
Experts and city leaders told the Tribune that a number of factors would have impacted the rise in violence, but noted that the pandemic and civil unrest likely contributed.
The Purpose of This Post
Is to relate an ancient proverb to the article and question the use of the word “Experts and city leaders” can be called either when they do not know the motives. For example, according to the satisfies 47 percent of the shooting motives are classified as “unclear or unknown.”
If you see the poor oppressed in a district, and justice and rights denied, do not be surprised at such things; for one official is eyed by a higher one, and over them both are others higher still. (Ecclesiastes 5:8)
If you say, “But we knew nothing about this,” does not he who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not he who guards your life know it? Will he not repay everyone according to what they have done? (Proverb 24:12)
What’s My Point?
Anyone who studied statistics will be familiar with the bell curve and margin of error error which means if a study is made the statistical probability of error would fall in somewhere around plus or minus % percent of accuracy.
My point is if almost have the shooting motives are unknown or unclear, the experts and city leaders’ opinions are at best either a guess or something else.
In My Opinion
In a previous post titled: What does likely imply?, I gave my opinion that passing the law to make legalized recreational marijuana along with the main root factor are more likely behind the motives for the majority of shootings taking place in Cook County, and our Nation..

Experts or more likely …you decide after reading the Source Links below?”
Is there a desperate need for more investigative new reporters to report the truth of the motives of Chicago shootings instead of the ‘experts and city leaders?”
Or would a more “expert” study reveals the truth by comparing how many convicted criminals attended a private religious school vs a secular public school in their youth? Not only in Cook County, but in every poverty-stricken urban city in the Nation,
Would the suggest study reveal the truth of the root reasons to solve this continuing conundrum rather the Chicago Tribune article sources of “experts and city leaders” which are “most likely” “passing the buck” to blame the increase on the pandemic or the host of every other reason instead of the root reason?
