Why are the Democrats so fearful of Trump being reelected?
The Chicago Tribune Columnist opinion article titled: Column: Impeachment will fail, but here’s another way to punish Trump, contained another method “punish “Trump.
The Purpose of This Post
Is to relate and ancient proverb and opinion of what the Democrats should do to “punish Trump” and end their fears of his re-election.
King Solomon
What the wicked dread will overtake them; what the righteous desire will be granted. (Proverb 10:24)
No one remembers the former generations, and even those yet to come will not be remembered by those who follow them. (Ecclesiastes 1:11)
What’s My Point?
When General MacArthur was fired by President Truman for expressing his opinion opposite of President , in his farewell speech he made a statement.
“Old soldiers never die; they just fade away.”
My point is there is a wiser and proven way to allay the fears of Trump being elected the wise General Mac Arthur that most people in our contemporary times never heard of before as prohibited by the King Solomon wisdom verse.
In My Opinion,
Instead of spending energy trying to intrigue a way to punish or censor Trump to allay the Democrats rears of his being elected, what they should do instead is this.
Find a way to fulfil l all their campaign promises to unify our Nation, add jobs and prosperity, and protect our borders from invasion in accordance to the dreams of our founders of our Constitution.
Or in other words, accomplish what Trump set out to do that earned him the most votes by Republicans in history.
As for punishment of Trump, the question is are the Democrats really more interested in punishing or censoring Trump to allay their fears of re-election for the results of failing to accomplish their campaign promises. Or in other words, becoming another group of empty suit politician.
To prove my point, ask any kid who General Mac Arthur was and listen to his answer?

You Decide
Why are the Democrats so afraid of Trump being reelected?
Would it be wiser to spend their time accomplish their campaign promises and re-elected for their accomplishments be a much wiser and greater satisfaction to their fears and a punish Trump’s ego “to just fade away” instead of censorship which will only add to disunity in our Nation?
To prove my point, a dare anyone to ask their kid who attends a public secular school today who General Mac Arthur or King Solomon was and listen to his answer?
Is it possible that General MacArther’s farewll statement was based on the King Solomon verse he somehow was taught in his youth and led him to be an American hero in WWII?.

It seems you have little interest in people accepting responsibility for their illegal actions. Trump relieved MacArthur NOT for simply a difference of opinion. MacArthur defied his commander-in-chief in the conduct of the war by taking forces beyond the 38th parallel to chase out the Commies. As for Trump… the man is out of office and himself stand an excellent chance of not even surviving medical issues for any sort of entry back into elected office. So.. I’d not confuse “fear” by the Dems of his return.. with taking to task Trump’s responsibility in inciting insurrection at the Capitol by promoting the election fraud lie… and if charges are affirmed then he will be restricted from running for public office. Action, misdeeds, have consequences. Sets a tone for any future presidents who want to screw with the Constitution the last couple weeks in office when they think they are impervious to the law.

Doug,
You commented: t seems you have little interest in people accepting responsibility for their illegal actions’
Come on Doug, don’t you think it is just a little hypocritical that the FBI is arresting a everyone in the Capitol anarchy and none of the thousands of Antifa anarchists riots in 2020 and still taking place in the news.
As for past Presidents, should the liberals impeach Truman for dropping the Atomic Bomb on Japan in WWII which I just saw a documentary on expressing how horrible the liberals believe his decision was?
Right now, in your State, the liberals are tearing down statues of Washington, Lincoln, etc. etc. While counting the human feces in the streets of San Francisco every morning who their representative happens to be the leader in the House of Representatives who believes the most important thing to do in the universe is to impeach Trump and rile up more riots.
Sad.

Doug admit hypocrisy. I wish, but I still don’t understand how he believes what he believes. He never seems able to produce any facts that support his position.

The clown who wrote that Chicago Tribune column accuses Trump of violating the 14th Amendment. Trump did not do any such thing. These Democrat are blind with hatred, anger, and fear. That is what makes them dangerous.
Why are Liberal Democrats full of hatred, anger, and fear? It is not about Trump. It is about what Trump wants to do, his agenda. They hate it. Trump threatens their Utopian dreams. They want their agenda, and they are not about to implement Trump’s agenda.
What the American people need to wise up to is the problem with Utopian dreams of Biden, Schumer, Pelosi, and other Liberal Democrats. Their Utopia only works for the people running Utopia. For the rest of us Utopia means poverty and enslavement.
