The Purpose of This Post
Is to relate and ancient wisdom proverb and an idiom, and 1956 Hit Song.’
because you neglected all my counsel, and wanted none of my correction, in turn I will mock your calamity; I will sneer when terror strikes you, when your dread comes like a storm, and your destruction like a overwhelm you.…(Proverbs 1:25-27)
Idiom – No Such Thing as a Free Lunch
on the other hand, indicates an acknowledgement that in reality a person or a society cannot get “something for nothing”. Even if something appears to be free, there is always a cost to the person or to society as a whole, although that may be a hidden cost or an externality. For example, as Heinlein has one of his characters point out, a bar offering a free lunch will likely charge more for its drinks.
What’s My Point?
The 1.9 trillion Bill description Covid Relief Fund which only 9 percent is to be allocated to covid relief is a bonanza or rewarding accomplishment for President Joe Biden and the Democrat Party.
My point is not to question how the money will be spent, Instead, to remind us of the eventually the proverbial advice and idiom will produce “whirlwind, when distress and anguish,” from printing money.
In My Opinion
We working Americans who ignore wisdom counsel will be laughed at by Lady Wisdom when the tallyman comes to pay back our “free lunch” given to us by printing dollars.
We working Americans will have to pay for the free lunch in the long-term in the future by becoming exhausted from “working all night and wanting to go home” because we ignored Lady Wisdom and became fools to believe there is such a thing as “free lunch?”

Are we Americans “back on track” as President Joe Biden claims to wisdom of folly by printing dollars which has in history led to super inflation, a “whirlwind, when distress and anguish” in history to Nations who engaged in this folly?
Are we Americans going to be back “on track” to wisdom or folly when the “Tallyman” comes to pay us back with the “Day-o” of higher taxes or higher costs for every commodity in the future?
