What is missing from President Biden’s proclamation?
The Chicago Tribune article titled: Hate can have no safe harbor, reported this following statement:
“Our silence is complicity,” he said. “We cannot be complicit. We have to speak out.”
The Purpose of This Post
Is to relate ancient wisdom proverb, an idiom, and my personal opinion to the President’s statement.
She (Wisdom) will set a garland of grace on your head; she will present you with a crown of beauty.” Listen, my son, and receive my words, and the years of your life will be many. 1 will guide you in the way of wisdom; I will lead you on straight paths.(Proverbs 4:9 -11)
“I can’t solve this problem. Would you play Wooden Indian for me?”
What’s My Point?
Anyone who discerns history of the USA and the world may understand that there has never been a safe harbor for anything over time. Whether it is love or hate, wisdom or folly.
My point is the President’s words are just words that have been repeated over and over in time which will have the same effect as talking to a wooden statues because of the same reason in the statement, “I can’t solve this problem.”
In My Opinion
No one will ever solve this problem by themselves without the help and guidance of their Maker.
The Bible is a history of the wisdom of experience in the Old Testament filled with information of hatred and fears of mankind. The New Testament provides information of the path of hope and love to overcome hatred when encountered in life.
The problem in the USA, is that this information while being a Right, has been decided by the Supreme court to be illegal to be taught to children in public schools.
In other words, if a child has never been taught, the Bible lessons of Wisdom and Love, the promises of politicians will never be understood same as talking to a wooden statues.
We already know from what we experience in the riots that occurred in 2020 that the rioters had safe harbor because the police and even the military failed to prevent store owners and even the politicians safe harbor from hatred.
In other words, if we do not provide the Rights of Americans to be taught wisdom and love in the Bible because they cannot afford to pay two tuitions, one for the public schools and one for the private religious schools, President Biden’s words are just “showboat” words being spoken “on a path” to wooden statues, in my opinion.
Read the Source Links below which include a recent post of Citizen Tom on the subject of bigotry and numerous posts of the reasons why we now have the opportunity for school choice and school vouchers in every State if we vote for legislators to hear our voices instead of their own.
Will anything change to end hatred because of President Joe Bidens words or promises?
Or would it be more probable that in the future, if more children are taught a path to believe in the Wisdom and Love taught in the Bible, that hatred will be reduced because children when they become adults will have learned in depth the understand the meanings instead of listening like wooden statues.
Regards and good will blogging.
