Why this one picture is worth a thousand words in Congress and Lawmakers?
The above cartoon picture is published today in the Chicago Tribune.
The Purpose of This Post
Is to relate an ancient wisdom proverb and two idioms to our contemporary times in the USA.
To answer before listening– that is folly and shame. (Proverb 18:13)
one picture is worth a thousand words
A single picture can express something more clearly, vividly, or succinctly than a large number of words can.
put it in a nutshell
To summarize or describe something in only a few words.
What’s My Point?
If we consider the above cartoon and discern the cause of all the divisiveness we see, hear and read about in the news during our contemporary times and in the history of the world, and relate them to the Ten Commandments.
My point is every folly can be related to the folly of fools of not listening or never being taught to listen to obey the Ten Commandments.
In My Opinion
In our contemporary times, it has been ruled by the Supreme Court to be illegal to teach a child in a public school to listen to a teacher teach the Ten Commandments.
However, in 2020, the Supreme Court has made it possible to parents who want their children taught in depth meanings of the Ten Commandments to help guide them on their paths in life to avoid follies it is legal for States to use taxpayer funds to pay tuitions for parents who choose d school choice or school vouchers.
All we concerned citizen voters s and parents amd have to do is vote for legislators in our States to pass legislation for school choice or school vouchers to our children can be taught the Ten Commandments.
Will teaching children the Ten Commandments end all the folly we are now experiencing in our communities? No, but it may certainly provide an opportunity to at least listen and understand God instead of complaining about all the folly they are being subjected to our contemporary times of internet speed and immediate accessibility to listen to the news reporting folly.
If you don’t believe my opinions, ask your Congressman to have a study made to compare how many people convicted of a crime and jailed attended a private religious school or a public school
Then discern if the above cartoon picture is in a nutshell, the one picture worth a thousand words sadly in urgent need in our Nation.

Is it time to stop complaining to God and start complaining to your State and Washington Legislators about School Choice or School vouchers to listen to both you as a voter and God’s Ten Commandments?
When will we wise up as voter in the USA and listen to the ancient wisdom advice which in a nutshell is that although we will never end the folly of fools, we can help reduce the folly by teaching our children to listen and learn the meanings of the Ten Commandments?
