Interested in the clues to discern our contemporary times complex present systems of governing?
Three Chicago Tribune columnists’ opinions articles and a Citizen Tom Blog Post provided six clues to discern the conundrum.
Clues about human theories claim to be resilient to withstand the multiple political fronts of right and left woke up theories and present systems. Systems presently leading to paths of divisiveness of “reset” opinion which lean to the left, middle, or right, and more likely to be directed by God and the theories of our human founders of the USA?
The Purpose of This Post
Is to relate an ancient proverb to provide the clues to understand the knowledge lessons experienced from history. History lessons, if discerned wisely can reduce and perhaps even end the present political divisiveness USA paths we read and hear daily in news reports and opinions,
Clues
First Clue – Systems Theory
“In systems theory, complex systems are said to be resilient when they can withstand damage on multiple fronts and still function properly.” (Source Citizen Tom)
Second Clue – Woke – Left Wing
“Somebody suggested going to church. I tried but the kept talking about a long-haired wok ester….” (Source Rex Huppke)
Third Clue – Qanon – Right Wing
“My advice. Stick to what Colin Powell used to call the sensible center.” (Source Clarence Page)
Fourth Clue – Disney Princesses
“…and all girls are meaningful and rich in possibility.” (Source Steve Chapman)
Fifth Clue – Golden Rule
“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” (Christianity)
Sixth Clue – King Solomon
Like a fluttering sparrow or a darting swallow, an undeserved curse does not come to rest. (Proverb 26:2)
What’s My Point?
All of the above clues, when understood, provide the knowledge needed to help discern a “sensible centers” direction in life for ourselves and our Nation paths.
My point is what we are hearing in the news and opinions are sounds of warnings which every bird instinct reason of why birds hear sounds better than humans. When a plane or car in the distance disturbs their feeding time, they instinctively fly away to avoid harm.
In other words, what we are now reading about and listening to in news and opinions are warning sounds, but we do not have the same instincts as birds.
We instead have been blessed with hearts and minds which need to be taught to understand the knowledge and wisdom to discern what sounds (opinions) we are hearing and choose to discern if wise or foolish to “reset” and join with (land from flight) or flee, (not land).
For Example
King Solomon
Vanity of vanities, all is vanity” (Ecclesiastes 1:2)
Citizen Tom
“Unfortunately, the powers that be are not content with the power that they have. Ambitious men, especially those have not humbled themselves before our Creator, almost always want more power. Hence, to gain more power, we supposedly need to give them the power to engineer a “great reset.”” (Source Citizen Tom)
In My Opinion
All the above clues, if discerned lead to the following wisdom verse to help us discern the conundrum of what is a wise or foolish path in life.
A man’s heart plans his way, But the LORD directs his steps. (Proverb 16:9)
The first clue is a theory of man, which may be may not be proven until it is too late to “fly away” may not be directed by the Wisdom and Love of the Lord.
The second clue is the writer when he went to Church and heard the words, words which apparently, he was never taught in depth his youth to discern and understand the knowledge of “long haired wokester” message to help lead us on the path directed by God instead of man…
The third clue is the path of the “sensible middle” is perhaps wiser to follow because only the “long haired wokester” knows for certain if man’s left or right theories are folly, I in other words, when uncertain of left liberals or right Qanon opinions and paths to” reset” to choose a path that has already been proven to be folly in history, or against the Commandments of God, perhaps the paths are more likely not to have been “directed by the Lord.”
The fourth clue in life for everyone to follow once they hear the left or right opinions of human theory is to listen to discern the dreams written by the founders of the USA what path they envisioned and risked and sacrificed to obtain freedom and belief ‘that all men are created equal under God.’
The fifth clue if taught to children in life to understand is the wisest words to end divisiveness since the beginning of time. Taught in early childhood to understand the knowledge that leads to wisdom ow to discern teachings in the Bible that lead on a path to Spiritual a Love and Wisdom plans in life as “directed by the Lord.”
You Decide
Should we discern the advice of King Solomon observation advice about birds in flight before landing that an “undeserved curse does not come to rest.”
Should we teach children how to discern the differences of wise or foolish human theories that have proven in history to have failed over time such as socialism?
How can a person or bird discern if it is wise or foolish to land (join) in either the left, middle, or right if he or she has never been introduced to Bible teachings in depth of Wisdom in youth? A time in life when youths are most impressionable and vulnerable, or susceptible to be influenced by foolish opinions they read or hear in the news, or their peers?
Would most problems we are now experiencing that lead to a path of divisiveness be less divisive if everyone reading or listening to each other’s opinions to persuade us to join (land) with their path to reset did not follow the” golden rule?”
In retrospect, if the dreams of our founders were followed according to their words and theories and resets, would the history of the USA been more likely to been recorded to be “more meaningful and richer in possibility” than what occurred in the past, and what we are experiencing being reported in the news in our contemporary times?

Warning sounds? Here’s a couple I posted in the past…
This is my warning about more violence and another insurrection attempt.

This one, not so much a warning, is about the loss of faith…

People encouraged by Democrats and their news media allies to riot for racist and Marxist causes in Democrat run cities killed and injured people, especially law enforcement officers, and caused billions in property damage. Anything to say about that?
Democrats shut down their states and have people terrified of a disease that isn’t dangerous, especially if we have been vaccinated. Anything to say about that?
This nation was founded in Biblical wisdom, wisdom our public schools want nothing to do with. Anything to say about that?

Thanks for the link, and thanks for the honor of being quoted in such a well thought out post.

Actually, Tom… here’s the rundown of damages regarding those “billions”…
https://www.axios.com/riots-cost-property-damage-276c9bcc-a455-4067-b06a-66f9db4cea9c.html
We haven’t even counted lives lost.. which I think those 60’s civil rights riots claim the greater share.
But to your greater point of trying to draw some comparative line between the Jan 6 insurrection and the BLM riots.. apples and oranges, as I keep explaining. The Capitol riot, incited by Trump and the others, was an attempt to disrupt a function of government by attacking Congress during a session of vote authorization, and the rioters making some attempt to seek out individuals in which to cause physical harm to elected officials. Does not compare ONE BIT to the BLM riots across those 20 cities.
As for the pandemic shutdown.. please share why is the disease is running rampant through all the red states.. with loon governors like Abbott and DeSantis preferring to make the mask and a vaccine some idiotic simple of freedom of choice while their citizens are dying and the health care systems are all crashing. It’s completely nuts.
“This nation was founded in Biblical wisdom, wisdom our public schools want nothing to do with. ”
I have no idea what that even means. Do you?

Trump did not incite a riot. That’s BS. I was there. I did not even know there was a crowd at the Capitol fighting with the Capitol Police until after one of my brothers called. What was my immediate reaction? Those foolish people ruined our demonstration. It was predicable that the news media would use those foolish people to demonize the rest of us by propagandizing the gullible, BUT THEY HAD THEIR OWN AGENDA, not Trump’s agenda. Don’t you know that Trump offered up thousands of national guard troops to protect the Capitol, AND PELOSI REFUSED?
Is COVID-19 dangerous? To the elderly? Yes. To the vaccinated? No. Are you vaccinated? Then get on with your life, and stop letting the politicians you vote for use COVID-19 fear porn to boss other about..
What is Biblical wisdom? You visit Rudy’s blog regularly, and you don’t know?
Look at the Declaration of Independence, the founding document of the United States. Consider how the writers of that document defined the purpose of government.
Do you believe in God-given rights? Probably not. Do you understand that man is a sinful creature? Probably not. Have you studied the Bible carefully? No. Hence, you don’t know how our government was designed to work. As a voter, you are like a the driver of and automobile who doesn’t understand function of a steering wheel.

This is an absolute lie you’ve fallen for (like so many others). Why? The Sargent At Arms makes that call.. Pelozi isn’t even in the pecking order.
Regarding the insurrection.. your were there, but honestly you were at one spot… and you admittedly didn’t know what was going on anywhere else. Wonderful you can tell your grandkids you were at a historic moment… but the video reflected what was really going on where you were not. I watched it on video.. I heard the speeches like most Americans. How is it that white Americans carrying/wearing Trump paraphernalia, American flags… are a “separate non-Trump group” with their own agenda?? I dunno, Tom.. you might have been there but you didn’t have your eyes open to anything other than defending Trump.
Tossing the Bible at me out of your personal frustration? Yeah.. I’m damn frustrated about all this as well, Tom. No question humans are sinful.. and using the Bible as a moral shield doesn’t absolve anyone.

Look at the oversight of the Capitol Police. Pelosi has huge.clout. The fact the unarmed demonstrators managed to get into the place is ridiculous.
I listened to Trump’s speech. I watched the people around me. We were not forming into a dangerous mob.
Did I throw the Bible at you? No. The Bible is the repository of wisdom upon which the best parts of Western Civilization are based. The failure of successive generations of Americans to educate their children in Biblical teachings, even if they are not believers is inexcusable.

Why is it that self-acknowledged Bible-thumping Christians are always so willing to judge others for their “faults” for not following the Word of God according to their “thumping” interpretation of what is important? What I find totally inexcusable, as it relates to the Christian education I received, is that there are so many “Christians”, evangelical “whatevers”, ready to accept the immorality of Trump and his ilk, the behavioral abominations, the lies and deceit, the craving for power, the denial of truth to the point of ignoring the health and well-being of other humans simply to promote a façade of civil freedom that is nothing more than a political agenda. Separation of church and state is still a good idea.

Every man is a sinner, every single one of us. Therefore, when we have an election, all of us have to vote for a sinner. So, in order to avoid being called a hypocrite, let’s say Christians follow your advice. There is no one for us to vote for. Even the best of candidates is a sinner.
Frankly, I think you are smart enough to know that. You just don’t like who I voted for. Well, I did not approve of your choice either. I just don’t have to make things up to justify my choice.

Ugh. [bang my head against the wall]
I’m not going to debate “sin” with you, Tom. I simply don’t share the level of guilt you seem to think humanity should have for simply existing.

You don’t want to debate sin? Who are you fooling? Listen to yourself. You just want to debate Trump’s sins.🤣
Meanwhile, think about the ideology you tacitly support by voting for it. Marxism. Marxism — the ideology of Liberal Democrats — is an ideology based upon guilt.
Listen to Democrats like AOC. They condemn the “selfish.” They condemn the rich. They condemn white supremacists. They condemn climate change deniers. They condemn the Trumpians and so forth. At the same time they define victims: the poor, the darkskinned, the transgendered, children, the old and so forth,
The point of following Jesus is to repent and eliminate the guilt. We lay our sins at the foot of the cross. With the help of the Holy Spirit, we strive to sin no more.
Sincere Christians accept their sinfulness and look to how Creator to help them deal with it. We don’t blame anyone else. We just point out the simple fact that all of us sin, and we have to to deal with that fact.
You don’t believe you are a sinner? You don’t like someone pointing out the obvious? Meanwhile, you vote for politicians who define villains and victims. Hypocrisy.
The point of Marxism is to define a scapegoat and blame our sins upon some imagined villain. The point of Marxism is to give our rulers the power to destroy the scapegoat.
Marxism is nothing new. Would be tyrants have been creating villains and demanding the power to destroy them since the beginning of man. Even Adam blamed God for giving him Eve, Eve who Adam blamed for tempting him to disobey God.

Doug,
I concur with your statement,” Separation of church and state is still a good idea.””
Problem is government won’t allow me to use my taxes to pay to wend my children to the religious school of my choice.
Bureaucrats want all children to Attend the schools to teach ’their ideas/”.
Call up you Congressman and tell him your good idea is the same idea our founders had when the wrote the First Amendment and finally in 2020, the Supreme Court agreed with when they ruled it is unconstitutional for States to be prevented from using public taxes to fund religious schools.
After all, The First Amendment text reads: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; government shall make no law”
However, they still managed to pass State laws which were bias and finally ruled unconstitutional
Nowhere does the First Amendment state Congress should take over schools and run schools to mandate teaching children’s secular ideas that are opposite religious belief ideas.
In other words, school vouchers are a religious Right and a “good idea” same as you I stated.
Regards and goodwill blogging.
