What will happen if the Queen of Sheba arises again in judge us in our generation?
The Queen of Sheba is mentioned twice in the Bible. In addition, there are numerous legendary myths of her passion to seek Wisdom from King Solomon’s Wisdom, who was believed to have been gifted by God in response to his prayer at a young age having been selected by his father David to succeed him as King of Israel.
“And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceedingly much, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the sea shore” … (1 Kings 4:29 -31).
The Purpose of This Post
Is to relate understanding of the second verse in the Bible that mentioned the Queen of Sheba to why we need for the Queen to arise in the USA and World.
King Solomon – 1 Kings – Queen’s First Visit
4When the queen of Sheba saw all the wisdom of Solomon, the palace he had built, ….., it took her breath away.…(1 Kings 10:4-5)
Matthew – KINGS 10 – Second Visit
Matthew 12:42 The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here.
What’s My Point?
In the Bible Old Testament Wisdom, we find the Wisdom of the Lord was gifted to a human and his reputation for being the wisest man in the world enticed the Queen of Sheba to travel months to visit him to teach her his Wisdom which “took her breath away.”
I surmised in a novel how his explanation and advices given her were based on his proverbial wisdom which give practical and spiritual advice how to avoid making foolish choices in life.
However, the human Solomon, made the mistake of vanity to forget Who gifted him his Wisdom and made a mistake of believing he was as wise as his Maker.
We humans just can’t seem to grasp that we are unable to solve all the crookedness of human vanities and “everything under the sun.”
Same as King Solomon, a mere human failed when he realized and wrote Ecclesiastes which contained this following verse.
12I, the Teacher, was king over Israel in Jerusalem. 13I applied my mind to study and to explore by wisdom all that is done under the heavens. What a heavy burden God has laid on mankind! 14I have seen all the things that are done under the sun; all of them are meaningless, a chasing after the wind.
15What is crooked cannot be straightened; what is lacking cannot be counted. (Ecclesiastes 1:12 -15)
In the Bible New Testament, the Matthew verse explains a far greater Wisdom than was gifted to the human King Solomon.
Jesus Christ visited and taught us far greater Wisdom. We humans crucified Him because they did not believe his teachings. Teachings that focus on positive advice and motivation of how true love will benefit humans with joys and peace in life and lead to an eternal reward in heaven…
My point is that we humans are again repeating the same mistakes as King Solomon.
In My Opinion,
Our human vanity in our contemporary times can be discerned by the example given in my previous post titled. CRT – Sex Mandated Theories are Wisdom or Folly Truths?
In my opinion, we need to discern the Matthew verse for the Queen of Sheba to arise in our contemporary times because we are making the same mistakes as previous generations to believe we are wiser than our Maker. And in my opinion, we are fools to continue to make it financially impossible for our children to be taught in private religious schools in depth understanding of the Wisdom and Love in both the Old and New Testament teachings in the Bible;
We need to vote for State legislators to support school vouchers to pass on our religious values of disciple in and morality so the future of the USA will not repeat the same mistakes of previous generations again and again. Follies that we keep reading and hearing about every day in the news.
All because we just can’t seem to wise up to discern our limitation and understand our vanities.
You Decide – Question?
If the Queen of Sheba arise to judge us today and discerns the same news we are now reading, will our wisdom “take her breath away,” or will she “condemn” our vanities?

those besotted by riches have no time for wisdom, unless wisdom gives them more, this has been the history of mankind, wars fought etc…Maybe Solomon’s words are a reminder, that to ignore wisdom we ignore God, and to try and fool wisdom is to try and fool God. In times such as these, only help from on High will help us with our troubles, amen. Maybe this is why there is such a dilemma, what are we holding onto that prevents the Most High God from assisting us, amen.

You commented: “Maybe this is why there is such a dilemma, what are we holding onto that prevents the Highest God from assisting us, amen.”
Thanks for your thoughtful comments on this issue. I originally was going to include New Testament verses but decided it might complicate the main point of the post because most bloggers prefer succinct articles, or they will tune or drift off the blog.
Thank you for your comments which link the truth about Old and New Testament wisdom and love teachings.
As for you above comment, there is no:” maybe why” in my opinion, what has prevented us mortals from allowing God to assist us other than our issues of human vanity,
In other words, it is the truth instead of maybe why.
