What is missing from NYDN Editorial superfluous comment “Have you heard of the Bible, in relation to a Tennessee School Board book banning ruling?
The Chicago Tribune Excerpt article titled: Book Banning, ended with jab at the Bible on the issue of banning books as follows:
“All in all, it’s clear that we’ve been much too permissive in the books that we allow our teachers to teach and students to use. Children must be protected from these destructive texts. Perhaps students should be steered to the most wholesome book imaginable — one with no violence or nudity or vengeance in it, one all true conservatives embrace. Have you heard of the Bible?”
The Purpose of This Post
Is to relate an ancient wisdom verse and word definition as a clue to remind the “Editorial Board” of their foolish “insensitive” jab remark about the Bible.
The mouths of fools are their undoing, and their lips are a snare to their very lives. (Proverb 18:7)

What’s My Point?
The clue is that the Supreme Court has already banned any teachings of the Bible may be taught in public secular schools in the USA
In My Opinion
Perhaps that is why crime is on the rise in New York City as well as most urban areas in the USE, perhaps.
Read the Source Link below and a challenge I made in a previous post.
If after reading, should the NYDN Editorial Board be compared to the King Solomon wisdom verses along with the obvious need for: sensitivity training: and the USA need to for a government study to challenge the results of public secular school vs private religious schools’ teachings effects on crime in the USA?
As for which above definition of the work superfluous, should we assign to the need to teach the Bible to our youth based on the results we are now reading and hearing daily of crime news reports, perhaps because of the Supreme Court banning teachings of the Bible?
