Did the Republican National Committee purposely present a riddle for voters to discern their choice of words “legitimate political discourse.”
Two Chicago Tribune articles today report opinions about the RNC choice of words to describe why they censured two Republicans on the Senate Committee.
The Purpose of this Post
Is to relate an ancient wisdom proverb to this conundrum and as a possible clue to this political conundrum.
A worthless person, a wicked man, walks with a perverse mouth, 13winking his eyes, speaking with his feet, and pointing with his fingers. With deceit in his heart he devises evil; he continually sows discord. (Proverb 6:2-14)
4It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine, or for rulers to crave strong drink, 5lest they drink and forget what is decreed, depriving all the oppressed of justice.…(Proverbs 31:4-5)
What’s My Point?
The Democrats on the Jan 6, 2021 Senate Committee describe what occurred as a “violent resurrection” and the Federal Government has hunted down, jailed, and is prosecuting the offenders.
However, the political protests and riots that occurred in 2020 in the USA that resulted in far greater violence in the USA with offenders not being hunted down, jailed, or prosecuted used the words to describe the actions that resulted in a news Excerpt as a “demonstration”, in part because the right to demonstrate is assured in the Constitution.”
My point is our current Nation political divisiveness has become a political riddle for voters to discern what the intent of our founders who wrote the Constitution.
In My Opinion
Many voters voted for President Joe Biden based on his promise to unite this Nation.
In my opinion, it is obvious that what is occurring in our Nation has become a riddle for voters to discern which “leaders are using “worthless words to sow discord” in our Nation.
Read the various articles in the Source Links below.
If after reading, who will you vote for in 2022 to solve the riddle in our Nation?
Will hopefully your vote choice to represent you meet the opinion of wise King Solomon words written 3000 years ago to describe the actions of the leader he chose during his time of leadership instead of “an empty suit politician.”.
“Clouds and wind and no rain, a man who boasts about a non-existent gift. (Proverb 25:14) Clouds and wind and no rain, a man who boasts about a non-existent gift. (Proverb 25:14).
