What does the poet have in common with King Solomon>?
I read a Purple Rays Blog titled: May the earth become what we dream of, and my thoughts to help compare the poem to King Solomon’s Wisdom verse about the earth.
The Purpose of This Post
Is to relate the poem to King Solomon wisdom verse of how in spite of man’s wisdom, follies, or dreams, the earth will stay the same because our Creator has a plan and purpose in spite of mankind dreams and/or wise or foolish choices recorded in history.
What does a man gain from all his labor, at which he toils under the sun? Generations come and generations go, but the earth remains forever. The sun rises and the sun sets; it hurries back to where it rises.…(Ecclesiastes 1:3-5)
What’s My Point?
If we discern the poem, the writer’s dream is to “May the earth become what we dream of.’”
When in fact the earth has always been, since the beginning of time a place for men to accomplish their dreams.
Instead of us dreaming how to change the earth, we should instead observe the wisdom observations how the earth was created for the good of mankind to make use of the earth to fulfil our dreams.
In other words, our Creator plan and purpose has been revealed and consistent since the beginning go time. Same as King Solomon observed the sun will rise and set to nurture the earth the same every day, or a constant behavior to produce what is needed to sustain life and fulfil our dreams while on His earth.
Same as the poem dreams words, or prayers for the earth may fulfill his dreams, we need to discern to make wise instead of foolish choices on our paths to make use of the earth designed by our Creator for us to fulfil our dreams.
The sun and earth will always be consistent to provide for our dreams.
Sadly, history has recorded that just about every generation recorded over time has chosen to ignore the wisdom and love advice in the Bible which teaches our youth to choose wise instead of foolish choices or paths during our short timespans on earth.

Will we ever wise up to teach youth to choose in their generational lifetimes how to achieve their dreams instead of foolish paths to achieve our dreams expressed by the poet writer?))
May the dreams and observations of the poet and Bible wisdom and Love teachings guide us to help us humans understand the earth does not need to change to become what we dream of. Instead, we need to change to emulate the sun and earth consistent daily pathways and behavior to achieve our dreams.
As for Solomon’s question what does man gain from all his labor, may the earth provide the means so he or she may be taught to depend on their faith beliefs and understanding of the Bible to achieve their dreams on earth and in heaven during the good and bad times we experience?
Regards and goodwill blogging.
