Are Banks and Wall Street Speculators fueling inflation along with hatred and misery again for the poor same as what occurred in a perfect storm during both ancient and contemporary time in the USA …. again?

I read two articles this morning that are related to speculators who are profiting by the energy crisis as a result of the current energy crisis created during the “reigns” of Presidents, Bush, Obama, Trump, Biden and Putin.

The Purpose of this Post

Is to relate an ancient proverb to this conundrum which once again proves the truth of the accuracy of King Solomons Wisdom and Folly observed three thousand years ago, being repeated in our contemporary times.

King Solomon

1.Then I turned my thoughts to consider wisdom, and also madness and folly. What more can the king’s successor do than what has already been done? (Ecclesiastes 2:12)

2. A community curses one who withholds grain, but there is a blessing on the head of one who sells it. (Proverb 11:26)

3. Ill-gotten gains are not profitable, but righteousness brings deliverance from death. (Proverb 10:2)

What’s My Point?

If we discern the articles in relation of time, the truth becomes apparent that we humans continue to repeat the same follies or never to wise up.

We just keep on repeating the same follies as previous generations in history over and over ever since ancient times to our contemporary times.

In My Opinion – For Example

1.Using king Solomons above Ecclesiastes statement predicted the truth that the Kings, or Presidents in a Democrat Republic, “the king’s successor does than what has already been done?

In other words, in our contemporary times, Banks and Wall Street speculated in real estate and oil futures which contributed to the six trillion dollars rise in the National Debt spending by Obama to stabilize the USA caused by Bush allowing Banks to speculate in oil and real estate.

2.Legislation followed to prevent Banks from speculation in futures markets and was later reversed by Congress during Trump “reign”.

If we consider now Putin’s reign decision to invade Ukraine has created an energy and grain shortages in the world. It has provided the “perfect storm for speculators and inflation according to the article in the following writer comment:

“My own best guess is anywhere from 10% to 25% of the price, at least, is dictated by deregulated speculative activity.”

3. If we discern this proverb in relation to speculators gains as to whether the profits “are ill gotten and will result in death,” whether Spiritual for the hated speculators or practical for the poor who will not be able to afford the inflated costs of grain or energy as a result of Putin’s decision to invade Ukraine.

Then consider that King Solomon proverbial use of death was in relation to Spiritual death or practical death of persons who speculated by withholding grains to profit.

It will cause practical death from famine and misery for fellow humans who cannot afford to pay for the needed commodities as a result of speculation by Wall Street and banks.

And it did not help our Nations Soul when Biden came to reign and shutdown oil production in the USA before implementing long range plans to prevent supply which is what fuels speculators and inflation to profit from human misery and become hated in their communities in both ancient and contemporary times.

Or in other words, the truth of King Solomons proverb in ancient times is being proven again in both history and our contemporary times that we will keep repeating the same follies in every generation until we wise up and understand the Wisdom and Love teachings in the Bible to prevent the same follies of previous generations, over and over again.

Will we humans ever wise up and teach ourselves and our children the Wisdom and Love in the Bible to reduce repeating the same follies in history of past generations.
